Do you offer complimentary shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders over $100 on urbanzen.com.
Can I ship my order internationally?
We are only able ship orders online within the US at this time. Please email or call customer service at customerservice@urbanzen.com or (631) 725-6176 to inquire about international orders and delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All available items will be processed within 2 business days. Ground shipping arrives in approximately 4 to 7 business days. FedEx 2Day® shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days from time of order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us right away at customerservice@urbanzen.com or (631) 725-6176. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. All returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and receipts. Items that are damaged, worn, or washed may not be eligible for return or exchange.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Without a receipt, store credit may be issued at the current sale price. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase. All discounted items are considered Final Sale.
